Watt's TonoMix is a food supplement based on essential amino acids, vitamin B6, L-glutamine, L-arginine without sweeteners, dyes and preservatives.
Properties and benefits of TonoMix
Tonomix is a blend of essential and semi-essential amino acids in tablets, without the addition of excipients. Among all the amino acids there are some defined as essential, which must be taken through the diet as the body is unable to produce them. Under certain conditions, some amino acids identified as semi-essential, such as glutamine and arginine, also become indispensable. Tonomix also contains vitamin B6 which plays an important role in protein synthesis and regulation of the hormonal system.
How to take TonoMix?
We recommend taking it with a glass of water.

L-leucine (1000 mg), L-lysine hydrochloride (750 mg), L-valine (750 mg), L-isoleucine (750 mg), L-phenylalanine (750 mg), L-Arginine (500 mg), L -Treonine (500 mg), L-glutamine (500 mg), L-methionine (250 mg), L-tryptophan (250 mg).
