Indication

This product has higher levels of antioxidants and caffeine than regular green tea. According to a scientific study, Matcha tea contains up to 137 times more antioxidants than regular low-grade green tea varieties and up to 3 times more antioxidants than other high-grade green tea varieties (hence the beneficial health effects of tea green are increased in the case of Matcha), it helps fight inflammation, promoting the health of the arterial walls and favoring cell repair.

Intake mode

It is recommended to prepare this tea by adding a teaspoon to a cup of water and mixing with the help of a small whisk. It can be sweetened with quality sugar (panela, coconut sugar ...), with honey or stevia.

Storage conditions

Store in closed containers, at room temperature, protected from direct light, and in dry and clean conditions. It keeps up to 12 months in its original sealed container.
