Description

Bake Powder from Salud Viva is made with cream of tartar as acid.

Without magnesium stearate, without silicon dioxide ... Only the ingredients indicated.

Indication

Baking powder is not a typical organic product as it is not food as such. However, more than half of the yeast powder is actually starch - than in an organic product -, while the other half are baking soda and tartaric acid.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use in bakeries for muffins, cakes, cookies, cookies and breads. It can also be used in frying to create crispy toppings or fried sweets. The dosage is the same as for conventional baking powder: 1 teaspoon of baking powder for 1 cup of flour or about 2% of the flour.
