EcolifeFood Organic Pure Spirulina Powder is a natural protein source based on vitamins, minerals and high quality proteins. Spirulina is a green-blue algae, microscopic and spiral-shaped, hence its name. It is cultivated in freshwater lakes in tropical and subtropical areas. Regarding its consumption, it is much easier to digest and assimilate than soy or any other protein of animal origin. Exceptionally rich in vitamin B-12 and iron, being ideal for anemia states.

It is a great mood restorative. It alleviates the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome and is highly recommended to improve symptoms of depression and schizophrenia, improving brain functions.

Contains large amounts of Chlorophyll, a powerful anti-cancer, energizer, cleanser and cell regenerator.

Rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E, K, B-12 and especially, with large amounts of beta-carotene (ProVitamin A), a powerful antioxidant that reduces the risk of cancer.

It is a great remineralizer, with large amounts of Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium, Manganese, Chromium, Phosphorus, Sodium and Zinc.

Indicated for a safe transition to vegetarianism and veganism.

It is recommended to use as a preventive the recommended dose is 5 to 10 g per day. In case of cleanings or serious illnesses the dose would be 15 to 30 g per day. In the case of athletes and athletes in general, the dose would be 30 to 60 g per day.

We recommend including Spirulina little by little in the Mediterranean diet, cooking it in typical dishes or stews, in the form of smoothies and in green or fruit juices, along with sauces and dressings.

It goes very well with orange juice or sprinkled on salads, soups, and vegetable creams.
