Supersweet Bio from Biotona is a 100% organic alternative to refined sugar and allows you to add a delicious sweet but healthy touch to your recipes. Coconut blossom sugar is a caramelized brown sugar obtained by an artisanal process which consists in slowly cooking the white juice of the inflorescences of coconut palm harvested from the tops of trees. This coconut blossom sugar has a low glycemic index (35), so it provides energy slowly and does not cause a sudden rise in blood sugar. Biotona SuperSweet also contains raw fruit powder from Peruvian lucuma, used for its exquisite sweet flavor. In addition, raw powder of Bolivian yacon, which contains more than 40% inulin (fructo-oligosaccharides) and also has a very pleasant sweet taste, to make Biotona SuperSweet an alternative, healthy sweetener full of phytonutrients.
