Description
Muria's high mountain honey is a sweetener of excellent quality, coming from the nectar of flowers. It goes well directly on bread, white or dark, with medium-aged cheeses, sauteed vegetables and mushrooms, salad dressings and cold vegetable and pasta salads.
Indication
High mountain honey is honey collected by bees in areas where mountain flowers dominate, at altitudes above 1000m with dominance of wild blooms. High mountain honey is a more or less dark amber colour. The aroma of mountain honey is intense and persistent (similar to a forest in autumn) and has a pronounced taste.
Honey has qualities recognized and used by remote human beings. Apart from being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties.
Intake mode
It is recommended to be used alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, kitchen dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
