Improved Recipe: Unprocessed : We remain true to our intention to make the most natural products possible. Free of hydrogenated vegetable oil or Healthy : Milk fat is rich in vitamins and easily absorbed fatty acids that are a source of energy and protect the immune system, while boosting metabolism. Texture : The new cream gains in smoothness since milk fat is a component that helps to melt and remove hardness from cocoa butter, achieving a creamier, finer and more manageable consistency. Taste : Incredible, but has improved. The new Cocoa and Hazelnut cream has a more classic and traditional flavor that is very reminiscent of the delicious snacks of childhood. High percentage of hazelnuts: 43% hazelnuts (four times more than traditional). Natural cocoa : No sugar, unprocessed, only natural cocoa. Sweetened with chicory fiber : Instead of using traditional sugar, sweeteners or ingredients high in sugar (dates, honey...) we opt for chicory fiber, a natural sweetener that also helps regulate intestinal transit and reduce levels of blood sugar.
