Indication
When water is stored in a copper container overnight or for more than eight hours, a very small amount of copper ions dissolve in the water. This process, known as the oligodynamic effect.
Intake mode
It is recommended to fill using only natural or filtered water. Do not fill it with smoothies, infusions or any other drink. Keep the water in for at least 6 hours or overnight to get the most benefits. Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and the rest during the day.
Precautions
Remember that as a therapy you should not drink water from this copper bottle throughout the year. Once you start using the bottle you can continue this practice for 3 months and then take a break for 1 month. After the break, you can continue drinking water again for the next 3 months. This gives your body time to remove any excess copper deposited on it.
