It is recommended to set the cooking mode
1 Follow the steps in “Preparing the food processor”.
2 Set the rotary control to the default function you need (step 3 in figure 4).
• To adjust the cook time, press the - / + button. See the table below for adjustable cook times.
Tip: Press and hold the - / + button to quickly increase or decrease the time.
3 Press OK to start cooking.
»When cooking is complete, you will hear a series of beeps.
4 Set the rotary control to the “0” position after the cooking process is complete.
• The LED display will turn off if the appliance is not used for 5 minutes. You can reactivate the device and continue using it
pressing any function key.
• If you want the food to be more tender, switch to manual cooking mode and allow it to cook longer. Follow
the steps in the section “Manual cooking mode”.
5 Unplug the appliance.
6 Remove the blender jar from the motor unit (step 9 in figure 4).
• This allows the resistor to cool faster.
• Note that the mixer lid and jug get hot after cooking.
• Note that the steam comes out when you open the lid and the measuring cup.
Warning: Do not touch the bottom of the blender jar or the resistance after cooking; they will be very hot.
7 Pour cooked ingredients / soup from blender jar to prevent overcooking.
