Anastatica Plant

100 g
Store review (4.70 / 5) EXCELLENT
Rosa Jerico de Plameca plant is a whole plant of the Selaginellaceae Family. Its stems are closed on themselves forming a ball when the plant is dry and in contact with water, when its stems get wet, they expand leaving the plant completely open and green in the center. Its origin is from Texas, Mexico and Peru. It should not be confused with Anastatica hierochuntica (Brasicaceae Family) native to the Asian desert, which has the same property of opening in contact with water (it is also called Rose of Jericho).
