Description
Variety of short foot, of light bluish green color. It produces flattened and very tight buds, of medium size. Resistant to climbing and good conservation in the field.
Cabbage Brunswick Cabbage requires exposure to direct sun or partial shade.
The waterings must be regular.
Transplant when plants are 10-12 cm. It can be grown in 60-liter pots.
Cabbage is 92% water, high in fiber, and low in calories and carbohydrates. It is rich in vitamins A, C, E and B and in minerals such as sulfur that provides powerful antioxidant properties, potassium and calcium. It also contains folic acid and arginine, a good ally to help fight colds.
It is considered a natural antibiotic since it contains substances capable of reducing infectious germs.
It is recommended to transplant at dusk or during a cloudy day to favor the acclimatization of the plant.
