Mary Washington Asparagus requires a location with direct sun or partial shade.
The waterings must be regular.
Transplant after one year. It can be grown in 80 liter pots.
100 grams of canned white asparagus provide us with 57 g of carbohydrates, 32 g of vegetable protein, 11 g of fat and 1 g of fiber. They have vitamins C, E, B3, B1, B6, A, and B9, and minerals like sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and selenium.
White and green asparagus have almost the same vitamins and minerals, but the green ones have them in higher concentration.
