Focus de Sotya are fucus-rich tablets that will give you all the slimming properties of this plant active ingredient, ideal if you are overweight or obese. Given its high iodine content, it will stimulate your metabolism.

Properties and benefits of Fucus

Fucus is a brown algae rich in mucilages, minerals, such as sodium salts, potassium and magnesium; trace elements, particularly iodine (0.1%), and also cobalt, zinc, nickel, chromium, silicon, etc. Finally it is a good source of nitrogenous matter and vitamins A, B1, C and D.

Slimming properties are attributed to it due to its high iodine content, stimulating metabolism through the thyroid; and for its content in mucilages, which, in contact with the liquids of the stomach and intestine, forms a viscous and very voluminous gel that increases the volume of the stool, promoting peristalsis, exerting a satiating effect and hindering the absorption of sugars and fats .

How to take Fucus?

Take 1 tablet twice a day.

Precautions

Not recommended in case of hyperthyroidism, esophageal or intestinal obstruction, and unknown abdominal pain. Do not use during pregnancy or lactation due to its high iodine content.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Fucus

Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus L., powdered seaweed), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambis L., stem), bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus L., extract), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551 ) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Each recommended daily dose (2 tablets):

Bladderwrack pulverized algae 434 mg

Fucus extract 75 mg

(Equivalent to 375mg)
