Properties and benefits of Kombu Bio Leaves

Goemonier's Kombu seaweed is particularly rich in mineral salts, including iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and above all iodine. Contains Alginic Acid (glue similar to pectin), Glutamic Acid (flavoring) and Laminarine (substance that reduces fat in the blood).
