Properties and benefits of Spirulina

Indicated for more energy and better immunity, rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, chlorophyll and enzymes, and an excellent source of vitamins A, K, B12, iron, manganese and chromium. Suitable for all ages, kosher, halal and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

How to take Spirulina?

It is advisable to take 6-10 tablets a day, swallow with plenty of water.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not recommended in case of sensitivity to iodine.
