Indication

5-HTP is a formula rich in 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan), a metabolite of the amino acid tryptophan that helps to raise serotonin levels in the brain, which can have a positive effect on improving emotional well-being. In general, low serotonin levels are related to the appearance of depression.

This formula also contains folic acid and vitamin B6, important nutrients for the proper functioning of the nervous system that maximize the effectiveness of 5-HTP.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take outside meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis.

Composition

For 1 capsule:

Folic acid (100 μg), 5-HTP (50 mg), Vitamin B6 (1 mg).
