Indication

1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take preferably before meals.

Composition

For 2 tablets:

Valerian (200 mg), Griffonia (200 mg), Niacin (16 mg), Vitamin B12 (2.5 μg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Vitamin B1 (1.1 mg).
