Kal's L-Carnosine is a food supplement based on this dipeptide composed of the bond of Beta-alanine and L-histidine isomers, which is present in the brain, skin and muscle.

Properties and benefits of L-Carnosine

L-Carnosine Kal Solaray has an antioxidative effect: it helps to eliminate free radicals and its end products buffer lactic acid/lactate in the muscles. Improves muscle strength and consistency, promoting rapid recovery after exertion.
It works as a neurotransmitter in the brain and acts as a chelation therapy.

How to take L-Carnosine?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably outside of meals.
