How to take L-Theanina?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day.

Precautions

Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of younger children.

Composition of L-Theanina

L-glutamine, Stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose, L-theanine, Glycine, Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, Stabilizer: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Manganese gluconate, Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic vitamin B5), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Biotin and cyanocobalamin (vit B12)
