Taurine helps generate and regulate nerve impulses and supports the maintenance of normal fluid balance; It is also used by the body in the visual pathways, as well as in the brain and nervous system, where it works together with glycine and GABA as a neurotransmitter.

How to take Taurine 500mg?

Take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times a day with juice or water, preferably between meals.

Precautions

Only for adults. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or lactating, if you are taking medications (including antihypertensives and diuretics), or if you have any medical condition (including hypotension). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
