How to take Tryptophan 500?

Take 1 capsule a day preferably with the main meal.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It should not be consumed by pregnant women or by those who are being treated with antidepressants or who have kidney failure.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
