From 1 to 2 capsules daily.

Composition of Bilutein
Maltodextrin, Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Color (Red Iron Oxide), FloraGlo® Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Ac. Ascorbic (Vit. C), Anti-caking Agents: Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide, Citrus Bioflavonoids.
For 1 capsule:
Vitamin C 50 mg, Lutein 5 mg, Bioflavonoids 5 mg, Citrus 3 mg, Zeaxanthin 3 mg.
