How to take C-22 Coenzyme Q10?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.
Precautions
If the person is diabetic it can lower blood sugar levels.
It may have a hypotensive effect.
In people taking sintrom, co q10 may reduce its anticoagulant efficacy.
In people with liver disorders, large doses of co q10 (greater than 300 mg per day), can raise the levels of aminotransferases or transaminases.
In people with biliary obstruction or liver failure since these conditions can increase coq10 concentrations.
Its use in pregnancy and lactation is not recommended due to lack of studies.
