Royal jelly is a creamy, whitish secretion secreted by worker bees in their parapharyngeal glands. Considered one of the most complete natural substances in active principles related to growth, regeneration and vitality.

Royal jelly stands out for its high biological value protein content, rich in amino acids, which are generally scarce in other foods: lysine, cystine and arginine; and nucleic acids: DNA and RNA. It also contains trace elements (potassium, iron, calcium, copper, silicon and phosphorus) and B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid). Vitamin PP or nicotinamide exerts a vasodilating action on blood vessels, especially capillaries, which helps to prevent atherosclerosis, and finally, vitamins C, E and A, potent antioxidants and of great importance in all metabolic cycles.

How to take Realmil Jelly?
