10-hydroxidecenoic acid (known as 10-HDA), is a substance whose quantity determines the quality of royal jelly. Its value marks whether it has been properly preserved and maintains the properties of the jelly freshly extracted from the hive. Quality standards have determined that a quality jelly must have a minimum quantity of 3% 10-HDA.
How to take VitalPur Vitality?
It is recommended to take on an empty stomach, preferably diluted in water, milk or fruit juice.
