As a food supplement, it stimulates the immune system, ideal to consume in the morning by placing a pipette on a tablespoon of honey or a piece of brown sugar or to consume throughout the day by adding a pipette to a bottle of water.

For conditions of the mouth and throat: to gargle, mixed in a glass of water or in your infusion.

For irritated or injured skin: apply directly to skin to cleanse and help repair. Cover it with a bandage so as not to stain your clothes.

How to take Organic propolis mother tincture?

It is recommended to take 1 pipette (a squeeze is enough) of mother tincture 1 to 4 times a day. For optimal use, mix the drops with a teaspoon of honey or place them on a piece of sugar, bread or cracker. For a warmer ingestion, inject the contents of the pipette into your favorite herbal tea, then stir.
