Hydrolyzed collagen of bovine origin, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium citrate (15% Mg), Chondroitin sulfate, D-glucosamine HCl, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), turmeric root (Curcuma Longa), root extract of turmeric (Curcuma Longa) with 95% curcumin, Magnesium stearate and ground black pepper (Piper nigrum).

For 6 tablets: 2,400 mg of hydrolyated collagen, 600 mg of magnesium citrate (90 mg of magnesium), 450 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 450 mg of D-Glucosamine HCI, 300 mg of vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid), 144 mg turmeric root, 60 mg turmeric extract (57 mg curcumin), 18 mg ground black pepper.
