    I bought it because it was recommended to me to strengthen my hair which is thin and I lose a lot of it. I've only been using it for a week. I'm enjoying it. I think the results will be seen after a few weeks. The only thing I can add concerns the taste. so pleasant, perhaps adding a vanilla essence would be more pleasant
