Lo tomo ya hace bastantes años a diario con unos pequeños descansos de vez en cuando. Me lo recomendó mi acupuntor, la persona que más me ayudó con las tres hernias discales que tengo y ya nunca lo he dejado de tomar y de eso ya hace mas de 10 años. Mi columna sigue teniendo sus tres hernias, pero no he ido a peor cómo cabía esperar.....ni me dan los ataques de ciática....es un poco elevado el precio pero a mi me ha ido bien. Lo recomiendo a todos aquellos que quieran aportar a su cuidado físico algo más
