How to take Griffonia with St John's wort?

Take 1 vegetable capsule a day, preferably outside of meals.

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) (aerial part), Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) (dry seed extract standardized to 94% 5HTP), vegetable cellulose capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, enteric envelope: glycerol triacetate.
