How to take Avelin Fiber Powder?
Take daily two tablespoons (15g. Each) well dispersed in a full glass of water (250ml. Approx.).
One tablespoon in the morning before breakfast and another in the evening before or after dinner.
It is advisable to follow a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, drink natural water and do some daily exercise (such as walking), to be able to obtain much more satisfactory results.
Precautions

Canadian Flax Seed (23% Alpha Linolenic Acid) (27 g), Oat Fiber (22% Beta Glucans) OATWELL (14.31 g), Inulin (Fructoligosacharides 90%) (2.25 g), Concentrated Grapefruit Powder (900 mg) ), Standardized dry extract of Dandelion (2% Inulin) (90 mg), Standardized dry extract of Artichoke (2.5% Cynarin) (45 mg), Mixture of lactic acid bacteria: Bifidobacterium bifidum (45 mg), Aloe vera concentrated (7.5 mg).
