Calmanatur by Naturitas is a food supplement made from Grifonia extract, Hops extract, L-tryptophan and B vitamins that facilitate relaxation and well-being when resting.

• L-Tryptophan: is an essential amino acid that the body uses to help produce melatonin and serotonin. Melatonin helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle, and serotonin is thought to help regulate appetite, sleep, and mood.

Baill.) 10% 5-HTP (5 hydroxytryptophan), dry extract of hop flowers (Humulus lupulus L.) 0.1% rutin, capsule of vegetable origin (glazing agent : hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-tryptophan, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, methylcobalamin.
