    I use the product because I have low iron in my blood and traditional medication has quite unpleasant side effects, such as headache and nausea.

Properties and benefits of Lactoferrin

Recommended for iron deficiency states, anemia or pregnancy (under optional control), menstrual periods or blood loss, donors or athletes, the elderly, gastroduodenal ulcers, digestive system disorders and also to strengthen the immune system naturally.

How to take Lactoferrin?

Intake of 1 capsule per day is recommended, preferably in the morning.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, nor for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. May contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, soy, celery, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, fish, molluscs and crustaceans (manufactured in a plant that uses raw materials that present these allergens but that minimizes the risks of cross contamination).

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
