Excipients:
Fructose, Dextrose, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), Maltodextrin, Antioxidant (citric acid), Anise flavoring, Thickener (guar gum).

For every 2 tablespoons:
Oat bran (6.88 g), Inulin (2.29 g), Green Anise Powder (1.71 g), Probiotic mix (L.acidophilus 55 million CFU, L. bulgaricus 10.2 million CFU and S.thermophilus 3.4 million CFU) (0.68 g), Magnesium (from carbonate) (171.7 mg), L-glutamine (0.48 g), Papaya Powder (0.34 g), Papaya Powder Pineapple (0.34g).
