It is recommended to take ingested with water, after meals.

Composition of Oseopol

Vegetable Glucosamine Sulfate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (enveloping capsule), Chondritin Sulfate, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), Hydrolyzed marine collagen (from fish collagen), Harpagophyte (Harpagophytum procumbens), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and dioxide silicon, Sodium hyaluronate, Colorant: calcium carbonate (enveloping capsule).

For 2 capsules:
Vegetable glucosamine (400 mg), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) (200 mg), Marine collagen (200 mg), Chondroitin sulfate (180 mg), Harpagofito (100 mg), Turmeric (40 mg), Sodium hyaluronic acid (20 mg).
