Sura Vitasan's ZenPlus formula has 25 ingredients that contain 360 mg of plant extracts per capsule, 206 mg of B vitamins and 100 mg of theanine, being a highly concentrated and complete formula.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and B1, B3, folate and B12 help maintain normal psychological function. Additionally, vitamin B5 contributes to normal intellectual performance.

Precautions
