Mundonatural's Gastroenzym is a food supplement based on insulin, enzymes and plants. In the intestine, inulin is converted to short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are then converted into healthy ketones that feed your tissues.

Properties and benefits of Gastroenzym

Inulin is a type of water-soluble prebiotic fiber found in onions, garlic, asparagus, Jerusalem artichoke, and many other foods. Prebiotics are not indigestible, but they help nurture the beneficial bacteria in your body. These beneficial bacteria, in turn, aid digestion and food absorption and play an important role in your immune function. Inulin is a fructose, which means that it is made up of chains of fructose molecules.

How to take Gastroenzym?

It is recommended to take with lunch and another with dinner.

Inulin (200mg), Papain (100mg), DigeZyme (100mg), Biocore DDP-IV (100mg), Pineapple Juice Concentrate Powder (100mg), Bromelain (50mg), Papaya Dry Extract (20 mg), Trypsin (10 mg), Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Lactase.
