How to take Nattokinase, 2000 FUs?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, between meals, or as recommended by a nutritionist.

Precautions

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing, allergic to soy, or have a blood clotting disorder. If you are taking an anticoagulant (blood-thinning medication), consult a doctor before taking this product.
