How to take Evening Primrose Oil?

It is recommended to take 1-3 pearls a day.

Composition of Evening Primrose Oil

First cold pressed evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.) with 10% GLA, natural Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol). Pearl cover: gelatin, glycerol stabilizer.

For 1 pearl:
First cold pressed evening primrose seed oil (500 mg) of which GLA (50 mg), Vitamin E (10 mg).
