Properties and benefits of Evening Primrose Oil

It is an Essential Fatty Acid precursor of type 1 Prostaglandins (PGE1), involved in the regulation of the nervous and reproductive systems and the state of the skin. It helps with the regulation of the menstrual cycle and to reduce the symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome.

How to take Evening Primrose Oil?

It is recommended to take with food or with a glass of water.
