    I like this format to avoid taking evening primrose oil in capsules, because they contain gelatin. I do not give it 5 stars because it takes a long time for the oil to come out of the container to take a tablespoon as indicated in the instructions.

Properties and benefits of Evening Primrose Vegetal Oil Bio

Evening primrose seeds give an oil rich in gamma-linolenic fatty acid (a good omega 6), used for centuries for massages or remedies. Some argue that this oil is helpful for hormonal imbalances in (pre) menopause.

How to take Evening Primrose Vegetal Oil Bio?

Internal use is recommended: take 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day. External use: for all skin types. Protects the skin from premature aging and restores all its beauty to nails and hair.

Precautions

It is an especially delicate oil, which must be consumed within three months after opening the container.
