Properties and benefits of Omega 3 Fish Oil
The essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are normally found in fish oils. DHA promotes the maintenance of vision and normal brain function; contributes to maintaining normal cardiac function when combined with EPA. The supplement contains pure fish oil, without contaminants, with a high content of omega 3 fatty acids. DHA contributes to the maintenance of brain function and vision under normal conditions. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
How to take Omega 3 Fish Oil?
It is recommended to take preferably with a meal.
Precautions
Maximum of three capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, lactating, taking any medications, or under the supervision of a doctor, consult your doctor before using this product.
