How to take Omega 3 Rx?

We recommend taking 1 to 5 capsules per day depending on the specific needs of Epa and Dha
1 capsule per day. Epa and dha are useful for normal heart function (for 250 mg of epa and dha per day)
2 capsules per day. The dha helps to keep brain function in good condition (for 250 mg of dha per day)
2 capsules per day. The dha contributes to the maintenance of good visual ability (for 250 mg of dha per day)
4 capsules per day. EPA and dha contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels
(for 2 g of epa and dha per day)
5 capsules per day. EPA and dha contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure (per 3 g of epa and dha per day)
