Linocol

Description

Linocol from Equisalud contains flax seed oil, which is the only one that contains both essential fatty acids, but with a high proportion of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) in relation to linoleic acid (omega-6)

Indication

Omega-3 fatty acids can influence blood clotting and thrombosis, plasma lipid profile, blood pressure, arrhythmia, and inflammation. They have atheroprotective properties and it has been suggested that their intake be moderate. The best-known effect derived from the consumption of omega-3 is lipid-lowering, specifically the reducing effect on plasma triglycerides

Intake mode

It is recommended to take daily accompanied with plenty of water, or as indicated by a specialist

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids
