What is Omega 3,6,9? Omega 3,6,9 is a food supplement rich in fatty acids from fish oil, flax seeds and evening primrose seeds. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells. Alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
