Physalis Omega Total provides you with a complete spectrum of omega fatty acids, of marine and vegetable origin. Physalis Omega Total is a sublime complex of 5 omega fatty acids, extracts of fish, krill and plant oils, such as borage, sea buckthorn, pomegranate and olive.

Properties and benefits of Omega Total

The most essential omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, from fish oil and krill, contribute from a daily dose of 250 mg to good cardiac function. Furthermore, DHA contributes to normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision (* the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily consumption of 250 mg DHA). It also contains a high amount of omega-6 GLA fatty acid (gamma-linolenic acid, punicic acid (omega-5) and palmitoleic acid (PA or omega-7) of vegetable origin. Omega-9 or oleic acid is an extract of virgin olive oil (Oliveheart®) Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against free radicals.

How to take Omega Total?

It is recommended to take during meals with a little water.
