Properties and benefits of granulated soy lecithin
This lecithin emulsifies fats, favoring their digestion and their dispersion in the blood, avoiding the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones. Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline. Choline, among other functions, is a precursor of neurotransmitters involved in cognitive functions, such as memory.
How to take granulated soy lecithin?
It is recommended to take 2 to 3 teaspoons of dessert a day, ingested directly with some liquid or mixed with yogurt, etc. In case of high triglycerides or cholesterol, take 3 teaspoons of dessert a day.
