Description

Magnesium by Inovance is a food supplement based on magnesium , taurine and vitamin B6. It helps in cases of physical fatigue, restlessness, problems with sleep, contractures and pregnancy, among others.

How to take Magnesium?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water (1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner).

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and cannot be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Pregnant and lactating women should seek advice from a healthcare professional before any supplementation. Not suitable for small children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Composition of Magnesium

Magnesium oxide, emulsifier: dicalcium phosphate, volume increaser: microcrystalline cellulose, rice protein hydrolyzate (Oryza sativa), emulsifier: tricalcium phosphate, rice starch, taurine, L-methionine, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, agents coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid, emulsifier: fine dicalcium phosphate, orange flavor, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

For 2 tablets:

Magnesium 300 mg, Hydrolyzed rice proteins 250 mg, Taurine 100 mg, L-methionine 60 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%*), Vitamin D5 µg.
