Composition of Magnesium Mix

Magnesium L-pidolate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Sidemag marine* (Magnesium hydroxide from seawater, Pregelatinized rice starch, Anti-caking agents: sucrose esters of fatty acids, Sunflower lecithin, Calcium phosphates; rice flour), Capsule Vegetable (Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Magnesium (180 mg), Vitamin B6 (2.8 mg)
