How to take Selenium + ACE?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.

Composition of Selenium + ACE

Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Bicalcium phosphate (bulking agent), Magnesium stearate (lubricant), Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), Coating agents (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, stearic acid and iron oxide).

For 1 tablet:
Selenium (55 μg), Vitamin C (80 mg), Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) (12 mg), Vitamin A (800 μg).
